How to Join as a Teacher/ Faculty Advisor
If you are new to RCYC and are interested in starting a chapter, refer to the section below on the steps to start a chapter. It all starts with an email to our awesome RCYC Staff. If you have already established a chapter and want to add/join as a professional (teaching) member or Faculty member, simply contact your chapter representative or email our RCYC staff.
Your official addition entitles you to receive information on Continuing education for Teachers/Counselors in Cybersecurity and much more.
How to Join as a Career Independent Advisor Member (CIAM)
Being actively engaged in the community and providing support to our students is essential in nurturing the next generation of Cybersecurity experts. When you become a Career Advisory Member and Mentor with RCYC, you play a crucial role in championing our mission and guaranteeing that young individuals have a clear route to embark on their journey to becoming the protectors of cyberspace in the years to come!

Starting a Raíces Cyber Youth Corps (RCYC) Chapter at Your School:
Ever thought about bringing RCYC to your school? We're here to help you make it happen! Starting an RCYC chapter can bring a whole new world of unforgettable experiences for students and teachers. Interested? Check out the steps below to get started:
Get Approval: Chat with your school administrator to get the green light to launch the RCYC program at your school. (we are here to help with materials and support)
Reach Out to Us: Shoot us an email at Info@RaicesCyberYouthCorps.org or fill out the "Request New School for RCYC Membership" form to join the RCYC family. We'll hook you up with a dedicated RCYC staff member who will guide you through setting up your new chapter, get you a sweet New Chapter Kit, and answer all your burning questions.
Stay in the Loop: Keep an eye on the RCYC Representative mailing list and website for updates on events and deadlines. Ready to launch your chapter? Fill out a charter application and send it our way.
Find Your Leaders: Look out for potential RCYC champs in your school community, like tech teachers, career counselors, or anyone excited about cybersecurity, to help lead your new chapter.
Build Your Team: Rally up other teachers to support your mission of getting students involved in RCYC.
